HumanTyper needs Accessibility permission once (System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility). If typing silently fails after a rebuild or update: toggle HumanTyper off and on in that list. If a fresh install can't be added, remove any old "HumanTyper" entry first.
Lost your key? Email from the address you bought with and it will be re-sent.
Key rejected? Make sure you pasted the whole string — it starts with
HT1. and is long. Activation works offline; if your Mac is
offline, it still activates.
7 days, no questions: email support@thehumantyper.com with your receipt and the refund goes back through the payment provider.

Open feature-request emailHumanTyper collects nothing. The app makes no network connections: your text, settings, and license are stored locally on your Mac. Crash or support emails you send are used only to help you.
Payments and receipts are processed by our payment provider (Paddle), which acts as merchant of record and handles your payment data under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details — only the email you purchased with, used solely to issue your license.

HumanTyper is licensed per purchaser, one-time, for use on your own Macs. It's a convenience tool: don't use it to misrepresent human work or to abuse services that forbid automation. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind; to the maximum extent permitted by law the author is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
